Una merienda super
saludable para mis chicos con manzanas Crips Pink crujientes, damascos secos,
pistachos salados, uva moscatel super dulce, mandarina jugosa y galletitas compradas
de solo 4 ingredientes. Acá en casa en general no hay caramelos, galletitas comerciales
ni gaseosas o jugos artificiales, pero si siempre hay mucha fruta, frutas secos,
licuados y jugos de frutas naturales. Simple, sano y les encanta todo.

This healthy snack break is for my kids
with crunchy Crips Pink apples, dried apricots, salty pistachios, super sweet
muscatel grapes, juicy tangerines and store-bought cookies with only 4
ingredients. In general, we never have candies, commercial cookies, soft drinks
or artificial juices at home, but we have always plenty of fruit, dried fruits
and nuts, smoothies and natural fruit juices. Simple, healthy and they love it
all.
