merienda de mis chicos después cole con manzanas crujientes, kiwi, manderina jugosa,
banana y frutas secas (nuez, almendras, castañas de caju y pasas de uva), chocolates
y galletitas con solo 4 ingredientes (store-bought). ¡Una merienda simple, rico
y sano!

This was the afternoon
tea snacks I made for my kids after school. Lots of crunchy apples, juicy tangerines,
banana pieces, dried fruits and nuts and some chocolate and only 4-ingredient store
bought cookies. A simple, healthy and tasty afternoon tea and they loved it!
