Pistachos Cristalizados & Salados
Estos pistachos están
deliciosos con su sabor dulce-salado. Fueron horneados en miel, sal de marina y
un aperitivo frutal. Son excelentes para decorar postres, bombones o dentro una
ensalada.
Preparación: precalentar
el horno a 180 grados y hornear los pistachos durante 5 minutos. Dejar enfriar y
armar una salsa de miel, sal y el Pineau des carentes. Mezclar bien con los pistachos
con la salsa. El Pineau des charentes se puede reemplazar con cognac, vino
blanco, kirsch u omitirlo. Poner los pistachos bien separados sobre una
superficie que no pega y hornear durante 5-10 minutos más. Dejar enfriar unos
3-4 horas en aire ambiental.
Salted Crystallized Pistachios
These crunchy pistachios
are delicious with their sweet-salty taste. They are roasted in honey, sea salt
and a fruity aperitive. You can use then as decoration of desserts and cakes, for
making chocolate bars, bringing your salad to the next level or just eat them straight
from the jar although you will get some sticky fingers.
Preparation: preheat
the oven at 180 degrees and roast the pistachios for 5 minutes. Let them cool
down and in the meantime make a dressing of honey, salt and the Pineau des
Charentes aperitive. Mix the pistachios and the dressing until all are covered.
The Pineau des Charentes can be replaced with any cognac, white wine, kirsch you
have at home or if you could omit it. Put the pistachios well separated on a non-stick
surface and roast for around 10 minutes. Allow to cool for 3-4 hours in ambient
air.
